Our MissionRay & Associate's mission is to help our clients improve operational effectiveness through better planning and execution of strategic project (process and IT) initiatives. Our Project Portfolio Management services are designed to aid clients in evaluating and selecting the right portfolio of strategic project investments given limited financial and human capital resources. And our Program Management services are designed to aid clients in executing selected projects on-time and on-budget while delivering the expected business results.
Company ProfileRay and Associates was founded in June 2001 by Steve Ray. Steve has over 29 years of industry and consulting experience including over 10 years as an executive. Prior to establishing Ray & Associates Steve helped an international professional services firm build a U.S. business consulting practice. Within seven years the practice had grown from a handful of individuals to over 500 professionals in 20 cities across the U.S. Steve's practice focus for the last 12 years has been on Project Portfolio Management and Program/Project Management. Ray & Associate's professional consultants (Associates) have met rigid standards of experience and prior project success. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals who bring a strong business perspective to every project. Our professionals average over 15 years of industry and consulting experience.
